Choose commercial ingredients labeled 0.0% alcohol for guests avoiding alcohol. Drinks containing herbs are not automatically suitable for pregnancy or every medication. Label ingredients and allergens; the names do not imply actual champagne or prosecco.

These are TFA culinary adaptations, checked for quantities and handling against the sources below. They have not been kitchen tested; source comparisons do not certify flavor, shelf life or medical suitability.

Before You Start

Wash hands and equipment. Rinse produce and culinary herbs under running water before cutting; scrub melons and cucumbers before peeling. Use only correctly identified ingredients grown for food, never florist flowers or plants treated with pesticides unsuitable for food crops. Refrigerate promptly in small clean containers at 40 F (4 C) or below. Discard after more than two cumulative hours without cold holding, or one hour above 90 F (32 C). Do not wait for a large batch to cool on the counter. Normal smell and appearance do not establish safety. All quantities below use US cups and fluid ounces. Use a 12- to 16-fluid-ounce glass for iced single drinks, and add bubbles last.

Stir in an 8-fluid-ounce glass. For a homemade alternative, dissolve 1/4 cup sugar in 1/4 cup water over heat, then cool and add 1/8 teaspoon food-grade rose water. Measure its yield and use the same drink pour; freeze unused syrup. Do not use the former unspecified handful of rose petals.

Storage and Party Portions

Prepare fruit and dairy drinks for immediate service. Keep reserve chilled and use within the day; freeze unused noncarbonated tea or syrup portions. This is a conservative plan, not a validated shelf-life claim. Follow commercial ingredient labels if shorter.

For 15 guests wanting two to three drinks each, plan 30 to 45 portions. Three 12-portion punch batches give 36 portions; four give 48. A six-portion pitcher alone does not cover the party. Multiply still ingredients by the chosen number of portions, keep them cold and add measured bubbles at serving. For a toast variation, combine 1/2 cup sparkling grape juice labeled 0.0% alcohol with 1 tablespoon 0.0% elderflower cordial per person; use an 8-fluid-ounce flute. Use washed fruit and potable water for fruit ice; freezing is decoration, not sanitization.
