Ten measured party drinks. Each recipe states its own portion size; the collection does not promise every batch will serve twenty. These are house culinary variants, with published methods credited and component cooling included separately.

1. Sparkling Strawberry Punch
Yield: 20 drinks (202 ml each before ice). Assembly: about 15 minutes with components already cold, unless specified otherwise.
Ingredients
- 720 ml strained strawberry puree (buy about 1.2 kg washed hulled fruit; measure after straining)
- 80 ml honey
- 120 ml warm water
- 120 ml lemon juice
- 3 litres chilled sparkling water
- Ice
Method
- Blend and strain fruit to recover exactly 720 ml puree; save extra separately.
- Dissolve honey in warm water; cool promptly and mix with puree and lemon.
- At service add soda in a bowl holding at least 5 litres. Stir gently and divide twenty 202 ml portions over ice.
Options and component notes: The original one pound cannot be assumed to supply three cups strained puree. For ten drinks halve every measure. Optional washed strawberry/lemon garnish is separate from the liquid yield.
Method reference: Champagne Tastes: Strawberry lavender lemonade , Simply Recipes: Simple syrup . House portions and flavor choices are specified above.

2. Cucumber Elderflower Pitcher
Yield: 8 drinks (about 147.5 ml liquids each before ice). Assembly: about 10 minutes with components already cold, unless specified otherwise.
Ingredients
- 260 g thinly sliced cucumber
- 120 ml commercially prepared nonalcoholic elderflower cordial
- 60 ml lime juice
- 1 litre chilled sparkling water
- Ice
Method
- Gently crush cucumber slices with cordial and lime in a 2 litre pitcher.
- Add sparkling water just before service and stir gently.
- Divide liquid into eight equal portions over ice; share cucumber slices separately.
Options and component notes: 1,180 ml liquid replaces an undefined jug serving count. For a lighter cordial version use 60 ml cordial plus 60 ml still water, keeping the yield.
Method reference: Whiskaffair: Cucumber mint cooler . House portions and flavor choices are specified above.

3. Hibiscus Sangria
Yield: 8 drinks (180 ml liquids each plus fruit before ice). Assembly: about 40 minutes with components already cold, unless specified otherwise.
Ingredients
- 915 ml chilled hibiscus tea, component below
- 45 ml honey
- 1 washed orange (about 150 g), deseeded and sliced
- 1 washed apple (about 150 g), cored and sliced
- 120 g washed mixed berries
- 480 ml chilled sparkling water
- Ice
Method
- Dissolve honey in a little warm tea; mix with remaining tea and cool. Restore sweetened tea to 960 ml with water if needed.
- Add prepared fruit and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- At service stir in soda; divide into eight 180 ml liquid portions, sharing the fruit separately.
Options and component notes: Allow about 40 minutes with tea cold; about 90 minutes from tea brewing, longer until cold. A same-evening infusion replaces an unspecified overnight spice/fruit hold.
Method reference: Simply Recipes: Agua de Jamaica . House portions and flavor choices are specified above.

4. Watermelon Margarita Mocktail
Yield: 4 drinks (240 ml each before ice). Assembly: about 10 minutes with components already cold, unless specified otherwise.
Ingredients
- 600 g seedless watermelon cubes
- 120 ml lime juice
- 30 ml honey
- Cold water to a final 960 ml
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt and 1 lime wedge for optional half-rims
- Ice
Method
- Blend melon, juice and honey; strain if preferred and add cold water to make 960 ml.
- Rub half the rim of each of four 360 ml glasses with lime and dip lightly into salt; discard unused rim salt.
- Divide four 240 ml portions over ice.
Options and component notes: For eight drinks double the drink ingredients and recover 1,920 ml; prepare rims separately. Flavor is a house lime/watermelon drink, not an exact outside margarita formula.
Method reference: Simply Recipes: Watermelon lemonade . House portions and flavor choices are specified above.

5. Ginger Beer Moscow Mule
Yield: 8 drinks (195 ml each before ice). Assembly: about 10 minutes with components already cold, unless specified otherwise.

- Ice
Method
- Divide 15 ml lime juice into each of eight 300 ml glasses or food-safe lined mugs with modest ice.
- Add 180 ml ginger beer per glass and stir gently.
Options and component notes: Use glass or a mug explicitly suitable for acidic drinks; unlined copper is not specified. Commercial 0.0% soda replaces homemade fermentation.
Method reference: Serious Eats: Ice cream soda . House portions and flavor choices are specified above.

6. Peach Sweet Tea Punch
Yield: 9 drinks (200 ml each before ice). Assembly: about 10 minutes with components already cold, unless specified otherwise.
Ingredients
- 1,380 ml prepared chilled black tea, component below
- 360 ml smooth puree from washed pitted peaches
- 60 ml honey

- Blend enough pitted peaches to measure 360 ml puree, then stir into tea.
- Divide nine 200 ml portions over ice.
Options and component notes: Whole-peach count is a shopping guide, not a volume guarantee. With cold tea takes 10 minutes; from brewing allow about 55 minutes or longer until cold.
Method reference: Oh, How Civilized: Iced black tea . House portions and flavor choices are specified above.

7. Berry Lavender Lemonade
Yield: 8 drinks (240 ml each before ice). Assembly: about 10 minutes with components already cold, unless specified otherwise.

Options and component notes: Berries supply the pink/purple color; lavender alone does not guarantee it. Plain option: replace lavender syrup with 180 ml plain syrup and keep the final-volume mark.
Method reference: Champagne Tastes: Strawberry lavender lemonade , Simply Recipes: Lemonade . House portions and flavor choices are specified above.

8. Tropical Hurricane
Yield: 8 drinks (187.5 ml each before ice). Assembly: about 10 minutes with components already cold, unless specified otherwise.
Ingredients
- 480 ml ready-to-drink passion fruit juice or nectar
- 480 ml orange juice
- 480 ml pineapple juice
- 60 ml grenadine
- Crushed ice
Method
- Mix all chilled ingredients in a pitcher.
- Divide eight 187.5 ml portions into 300 ml or larger glasses with crushed ice.
Options and component notes: Use ready-to-drink passion fruit juice, not a concentrated unsweetened puree. For a tarter puree version replace the 480 ml juice with 120 ml unsweetened puree plus 360 ml water; keep other measures. Sweetness differs.
Method reference: Simply Recipes: Lemonade . House portions and flavor choices are specified above.

9. Apple Cider Bourbon-Inspired Mocktail
Yield: 8 small drinks (about 124 ml each before ice). Assembly: about 10 minutes with components already cold, unless specified otherwise.
Ingredients
- 960 ml pasteurized apple cider
- 30 ml maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) labeled alcohol-free vanilla flavoring
- Ice
Method
- Stir cider, maple and alcohol-free vanilla in a pitcher.
- Divide eight equal 124 ml portions over ice in small glasses.
Options and component notes: There is no bourbon in this flavor-inspired drink. Omit standard vanilla extract and alcoholic Angostura bitters from this alcohol-free route. Optional bitter note: replace 120 ml cider with 120 ml cooled strongly brewed decaffeinated black tea (one bag/120 ml at package temperature for 5 minutes); same final liquid measure. No caffeine-free guarantee for decaf.
Method reference: Oh, How Civilized: Iced black tea . House portions and flavor choices are specified above.

10. Raspberry Shrub Spritz
Yield: 8 drinks (225 ml each before ice). Assembly: about 10 minutes with components already cold, unless specified otherwise.
Ingredients
- 360 ml cooled raspberry shrub concentrate, recipe below
- 1,440 ml chilled sparkling water
- Ice
Method
- Divide 45 ml shrub into each of eight 300 ml glasses with modest ice.
- Add 180 ml sparkling water per glass and stir gently.
Options and component notes: Cooked shrub: heat 200 g sugar with 240 ml water until dissolved. Add 250 g washed raspberries, simmer gently 5 minutes, strain completely into a heat-safe jug and cool promptly. Stir in 240 ml commercially pasteurized cider vinegar labeled 5% acidity. Measure recovery (at least 480 ml expected) and use only 360 ml in this eight-glass batch; chill surplus. Allow about 45 minutes, longer until cold. This refrigerated cooked house variant uses the method discussed by Serious Eats, not an aged/fermented shrub, a canning recipe or a preservative guarantee.
Method reference: Serious Eats: Shrub methods . House portions and flavor choices are specified above.
Plain, Honey and Lavender Syrup Components
Plain syrup: heat 1/2 US cup (100 g) sugar with 120 ml water, stirring until clear, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat. Measure recovery, usually about 180 ml; sugar adds volume, so do not count this as 120 ml. Cool promptly in an ice-water bath and refrigerate until cold; allow about 30 minutes total, longer until cold. Measure only the syrup needed in each drink.
Honey syrup: stir 60 ml honey with 60 ml warm water until uniform, then cool as above. This 1:1 by-volume syrup makes about 120 ml and differs from straight honey in sweetness. Use the measured syrup in the drink, not an extra portion of undiluted honey.
Lavender syrup: heat 100 g sugar, 120 ml water and 1/2 teaspoon dried culinary lavender to dissolve the sugar; simmer gently 5 minutes, strain completely and cool as above. Measure recovery, usually about 180 ml. Do not substitute ornamental flowers or essential oil. Color may be straw-colored rather than purple. These components use the cold storage guidance below.
Measured Tea Components
Blue tea: cover 1 teaspoon dried culinary butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea) with 240 ml freshly boiling water in a heat-safe vessel; steep 10 minutes and strain completely. Restore strained tea to 240 ml with drinking water and cool promptly. This is an unsweetened house infusion informed by Love and Olive Oil. Allow about 45 minutes from heating through cooling, longer until cold; use labeled food-grade flowers and follow any stricter package directions.
Hibiscus tea: pour 240 ml freshly boiling water over 2 tablespoons dried culinary roselle calyces (Hibiscus sabdariffa), cover 20 minutes and strain. Restore tea to 240 ml and cool promptly. For four cups, use 8 tablespoons calyces and 960 ml boiling water, restore to 960 ml. Allow about 60 minutes, longer until cold. This unsweetened component adapts the hot-infusion method in Simply Recipes.
Black tea: cover one standard black tea bag with 240 ml water at 195 F (90 C), steep 5 minutes or follow its package, remove the bag, restore tea to 240 ml and cool. For four or six cups use four or six bags and 960 or 1,440 ml water, restoring those volumes. Allow about 45 minutes, longer until cold. Black tea contains caffeine; use a labeled decaffeinated bag with the same measures if preferred.
Plan a Party Bar
For twenty guests choose the twenty-serving strawberry punch plus two eight-serving recipes, giving 36 first pours. At about 200 ml per glass, 6 litres makes 30 pours, not unlimited refills. Keep extra mixer in bottles labeled with their volume and prepare more measured base if needed. Ice is an additional chilling ingredient, not a way to stretch stated drink yield.
Make tea and syrup up to 3 days ahead under the cold-storage policy; make fruit bases within 24 hours. Prepare the cooked shrub within 3 days and hold cold, rather than aging a week. Cut garnish on the day. Add carbonation as each chilled jug is put out, not an hour before arrival. Label all ingredients and use commercial 0.0% mixers for an alcohol-free menu.
Cold Storage and Service
Wash fresh produce under running water before cutting, including melon rind; scrub firm produce with a clean brush. Use pasteurized ready-to-drink juices and cider. Keep prepared drinks and cut fruit covered at 40 F (4 C) or below. Cool heated components promptly in shallow heat-safe containers, using an ice-water bath before refrigeration when useful. Do not seal or shake hot liquid.
Use fruit, dairy and assembled drink bases within 24 hours for quality; strained plain tea and homemade syrups within 3 days, unless an ingredient label requires sooner. These are conservative house quality targets, not tested shelf lives. Add carbonation, ice and garnish at service. Keep a small serving jug chilled over ice and refill from the refrigerator. Discard perishables after a cumulative 2 hours without refrigeration, or 1 hour above 90 F (32 C); adding fresh fruit does not reset that clock. Follow commercial ingredient labels for unopened/opened storage. Honey-containing drinks are for people at least one year old.
